Won’t Sit Still
Question 1 of 5

What situation causes you the most stress when your child won’t sit still?

Why this matters

Focusing on a specific problem rather than a global problem may reduce learned helplessness which is a risk factor for depression. For example there may be benefits for trying to solve for a specific symptom of ADHD rather than solving a global problem such as ADHD as a global diagnosis. It may also be a specific time of day or task that is most disruptive for your child.
